At SCIALLA, we are passionate about crafting authentic Italian pizzas. Our commitment to quality and tradition sets us apart. We use only the finest ingredients and time-honored techniques to create a truly exceptional pizza experience.
NO GIMMICKS
From day one of making and selling pizzas we made a promise that our pizzas would stay true to their Italian origins, there would be no stuffed crusts, no barbeque sauce and no gimmicks.
We would only use quality and flavoursome ingredients either imported from Italy or sourced locally.
WHAT IS SCIALLA?
Scialla (shah-lah) is Italian slang for Chill, relax or don't worry.
We have been cooking our stone baked Italian style pizzas for nearly twelve years with rave reviews and fans of the quality and taste.
